Dry hands and cuticles are the bane of my life – and have been for years. It’s rate for me to be out of reach of a tube of hand cream at any moment of the day, I have tubes by my bed, on my dressing table, in the bathroom, in my desk at work, in my handbag… the list goes on, but you get the picture. Hand cream for me is kinda a big deal.
So to start off a series of ‘Top Three’ posts that I’m starting (any suggestions for what top three’s I should cover leave them in the comments below) I thought I’d go for hand creams. These three are my current favourites that I reach for on a daily basis – all of which are ones I keep at home, I don’t like taking my favourites out or leaving them at work in case they manage to get lost/go missing.
Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream (Limited Edition larger size)*
This smells amazing, and really does the job. One of those rare creams that manages to keep hands soft even after hand washing.
Philosophy Hands of Hope*
This is one I love to use in the morning before I head to work as it absorbs quickly without leaving my hands greasy.
Molton Brown Hand Cream ‘Night Time Remedy’*
My night time cream of choice, doesn’t feel like much when you first apply, but after a night of sleep it seems to feel softer and plumper. Amazing stuff.
Hand cream – it might be a non-glam, basic, but considering your hands are probably the first part to show age… how often do you apply SPF to your hands?! Personally…not often enough. So have to do what I can! Now I just need to find a miracle cuticle solution!
