Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look In A Clutch

The Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look In A Clutch is one of the amazing ‘Treats’ from the world of Tilbury gift offering. I know it’s past Christmas, but these are the sorts of gifts that make an exciting treat any time of the year (Birthdays, anniversaries, Mondays…). The one that caught my eye was the Dreamy Look In The Clutch, which is the sort of combination of products that I could just see working to dial up for night or tone down for day. Which is why I wanted to blog it with a slightly more dialled up look as a bit of night out/ New Years eve inspiration.

Ever since I spotted the Legendary Muse palette at the launch back in the Summer I have been OBSESSED. The colours were neutral, but with a twist. Not the usual bronze/gold sort of shades. But a blend of champagne and sort of lilac shimmer along. There’s something about the combination that just made me go full-on heart-eyes-emoji. Now having had a play with it, I know it’s more than fleeting lust. This is going to be a long term love affair.

I can 100% see how well the eyeshadow shades will work on a daily basis. In typical Tilbury form they’re silky smooth and lovely to blend. With one shade from the palette being a more glittering/shimmering option to dial up the sparkle if you want.

So since it comes as a ‘Dreamy Look In A Clutch’ set, I decided to give the look a whirl and hopefully give a little showcase of the products in action. But – spoiler alert – the palette is GORGEOUS!

The other contents of the Dreamy Look in A Clutch’ set are: The Legendary Muse Palette, Mini Legendary Lashes Mascara, Mini Legendary Lip Liner in Bitten Kiss, Hot Lips in Secret Salma, Mini Legendary Liner in Bedroom Black and a USB (in lipstick form) which gives a step by step tutorial of the look.

The combination of shades is right up my street – golden rosy hues and a rich rosy pink lipstick. Neutral yet ‘done’ nicely too. If that makes sense. You can see the look in action below – I used all shades from the palette and each other product in the clutch. I did this with just some Marc Jacobs foundation as a base, but no cheek products or concealer.

The eye look especially can really be dialled up for night – on it’s own you can go lighter with the champagne shades. Or you can go more golden and add the bedroom black liner to make it a bit more night appropriate. What I love is how flattering it is, it’s a great option if you maybe don’t want sparkle and shimmer for New Years Eve. But of course you can always add more sparkle with the bottom left shade in the palette.

I can definitely see the palette in particular becoming such a regular feature for me. You can buy the Legendary Muse Palette on it’s own too if you don’t want to splash out on the whole Dreamy Look In A Clutch kit. But I do know it’s Limited I think as it’s looking that it’s sold out in a lot of places. But you might be able to get it in the Charlotte Tilbury boutiques?

This is really pretty! I’m a massive CT fan and it’s hard for me to not just rush out and buy EVERYTHING she’s ever done. I missed this one because I wasn’t sure the colours would look good on me, but you rocked it!
